Eligibility Criteria for FSSAI Registration
Based on the turnover limits and food capacity, the food business owner has to apply for FSSAI registration. Here is a complete list of eligibility criteria:
- Any FBO with a maximum yearly revenue of ₹12 lakh
- Small dealers offering food items
- Individuals who independently produces or markets any food item
- The person in charge of the temporary stand sells food
- Somebody who serves meals at a social or religious event, excluding caterers
- Cottage or small-scale businesses involved in the food industry.
